SUPPLIER’S LIABILITY AND WARRANTY.
SELLER’S LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS.
- Claims against the supplier for damages are time-barred after three years after the injured party has been or should have been informed of the damage, the defect and the identity of the manufacturer. Ten years after the marketing of the product in question, the rights of the injured party against the manufacturer are extinguished. In case of doubt as to the identity of the manufacturer of a product you purchased from us, please let us know.
- Finally, the tsomidiseshop.gr has all the obligations provided for in the Civil Code for the seller towards you. Especially in case of a defect of the product we sell you you can (a) request its repair without charge or its replacement with another unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, (b) request the reduction of the price and (c) withdraw, unless it is an inconceivable actual defect. The above obligations do not exist in the event that the defect has been caused by you, or by force majeure in a narrow or broad sense. In any case, the products must be accompanied by the necessary legalization documents and receipts.
